¾ c. margarine or butter (1 ½ sticks)
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery with leaves
¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 (12 oz.) package Stroehmann enriched bread cubes (can add cubed stale Italian bread)

Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat in butter and cook onion and celery until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper and thyme. Add bread cubes; toss to coat well. Makes about 10 cups stuffing or enough stuffing to stuff a 15-17 lb. turkey. To bake grease a 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon stuffing into prepared pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through.
