Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken breasts (as much as you need/want)
Eggs
Milk
Italian bread crumbs
Oil
White wine

Directions:
Directions:
Take the boneless skinless chicken breast and pound it until it is as
flat as possible. Dip the chicken breast in a mixture of eggs and
milk (exact proportions don't really matter) and then coat with
Italian bread crumbs. Fry the chicken in oil until golden brown.
Drain all fried chicken breasts on a paper towel and place in a baking
pan once drained. Pour white wine into the baking pan over the
chicken and cover with foil. Poke holes into the foil and put into an
oven heated to 350. The chicken should take about 30-45 minutes and
the wine will be absorbed when baking is complete.

Chicken Rice:
2 "cans" Minute Rice
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 "can" water

Boil 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup and 1 can of water. Using the
soup can, add 2 cans of Minute Rice according to directions on rice box.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is a family favorite (and has a tendency to draw everyone
to Grandma's house when they hear that she's making it!) It's super
easy to make and is best when served with "Grandma's Chicken Rice".
