1 cup tapioca
1 cup water

3 cups water
2 cups dry milk

3 or 4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt

Egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Soak tapioca in 1 cup water overnight.

Cook egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 teaspoon salt until clear. Add 3 cups water and 2 cups dry milk, and cook another 10 minutes.

Beat egg whites, and fold in.

Banana may be added when cool.
