2 cups syrup
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons baking soda
Approximately 12 cups flour (enough to make stiff enough dough to roll)
