2 1/2 cups of warm water
2 tbsp of Yeast (1 package)
2 tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of Salt
3 tbsp of Oil
5 1/2 to 6 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast, sugar and water to bowl and let stand until foamy.
Stir in salt, oil.
Add flour a bit at a time. If using a mixer use the pig tail attachment.
Mix on low till dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Let rise for 15 minutes.
Divide dough into two and shape into loaves.
Put in preheated 375º oven.
As soon as you place in oven throw a 1/2 cup of water directly on the element at the bottom.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
