Ingredients:  
spring mix
candied pecans (melt sugar in pan with pecans)
apple chips or fresh apple (prefer honey crisp)
gorgonzola cheese
red onion

Lisa's Apple Cider Dressing :
3 parts apple cider
1 part olive oil
small amount of apple cider vinegar, white balsamic and red apple balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of sugar
1/8 tsp of garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
pinch of black pepper

Directions:

Mix salad ingredients together and drizzle with dressing.
