Ingredients:  
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes drained (usually save juice for rice)
1/2 to 3/4 of and Onion roughly chopped
1/2 to 3/4 of a Green Pepper roughly chopped
Juice of two Limes
1/2 cup of chopped Cilantro
tbsp or more of chopped Red Pepper Flakes
2 cloves of Garlic roughly chopped
2 tsp of sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. For chunkier salsa blend for a short amount of time and for a smoother salsa blend on medium for at least 2 minutes. You could also add jalapeņos in place of the red pepper flakes or with them. Best if eaten within 3 days.

I prefer this salsa smooth, I do not understand chunky salsa....that is Bruschetta!!
