1 loaf of Cinnamon Swirl bread cut into 1" cubes (10 cups)
8 eggs
3 c. milk
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
2 T. butter
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
maple syrup (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan, put cubed bread crumbs in dish. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt - pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate min. of 8 hrs or overnight.

Let rest on counter 30 minutes before baking. Dot with butter, combine topping ingre4dients and sprinkle over top.

Cover in foil. and bake 350 degrees 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes and serve with syrup.
