1 lb. Cranberries
1 large orange (juice and peel)
1/2 cup of walnuts
2 small apples
1 cup sugar
1 small pkg. of orange Jello
1 large can of crushed pineapple
Red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together cranberries, orange, walnuts, apples and set aside. Dissolve sugar and jello in 1 cup of boiling pineapple juice/water and add to the cranberry mixture. Stir in the crushed pineapple and add food coloring to desired color.

Note: Drain the pineapple juice into a 1 cup measuring cup and fill the rest of the way with water.
