¾ cup Crisco
1 ½ cups Sugar

3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 8oz sour cream
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour

Topping/Filling

½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 Grease and flour tube pan

Cream together Crisco and sugar. By hand, add ingredients in order listed until well blended. In separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.

Place half mixture in tube pan and sprinkle half of brown sugar mix on top. Place remaining batter then top with remaining brown sugar mix. Gently press down with a fork.

Bake 40-50 minutes…until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
