Whole Chicken
onion
salt
pepper
1/2 bell pepper
4 stalks celery
spaghetti
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 lb. cheese
1 can cream of chicken
small can of pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with 1/2 onion, salt, pepper, and tops of celery. Cook for 2 hr. Keep 3 c. of broth. Bring to boil and add chopped bell pepper, celery, rest of onion. Cook for 10 minutes or til tender. Keep water rolling and add spaghetti. Stir. Cook 8-10 minutes. Add 1/2 c broth. Turn off add cream of mushroom ad cream of chicken and small can of pimento cut up. While this is cooking debone chicken and grate cheese. In casserole dish add 1/2 noodle mixture then 1/2 chicken then 1/2 cheese and repeat. Cover. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
