3-4 lb. roast

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1-2" grease in electric skillet, at about 250º, and fry tip flour on roast looks pasty. Cover with water and let cook at 240º, covered. Check every so often and add water when needed, after 2-3 hours (when meat is falling off the bone), add cut up carrots and potatoes. Cook uncovered for 45 min.- 1hr. til vegetables are done.
