Directions:
Directions:
Cut up potatoes and carrots and put in brown in bag. Then season roast on both sides and put into brown in bag. Be sure to puncture 1/2" slits on top of bag with knife. Also leave room on each side of bag. Don't tie it shut. Bake in a pan at least 2" deep. Bake at 325º- 35 min./lb.
