1 (8oz) package cream cheese softened
2 cups powdered (confectioners) sugar
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp ground ginger

Apple slices
gingersnaps

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Add pie filling and spices, beating well.

Cover and chill for 8 hours

Slice apples and dip into lemon juice (to prevent browning)

Serve with apples and gingersnaps!
