10 cups water
1 cup white rice
1 stick of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 cup water
Condensed milk
Ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot bring the water to a boil. Add the rice, salt and stick of cinnamon and cook at a soft boil for about 30 minutes until the rice has softened considerably. Discard the cinnamon stick and let the rice cool for a bit. Stir in the milk, add water to can of milk and then proceed to blend well (in 2 batches) until you end up with a dense, smooth liquid. Place in the fridge to cool. When it’s time to serve the chicha, pour it into a glass with plenty of ice cubes or crushed ice, sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top
