3 rings dried figs-ground
3 can figs in can-ground
2# roasted almonds finely chopped
1 1/2# raisins-finely chopped
2# walnuts-finely chopped
1 1/2 # pine nuts-finely chopped
1# candied squash-chopped
4# chocolate-chopped
cinnamon
3 orange rinds-grated
3 lemon rinds-grated
3 cups sugar

Dough:

7.1/2# flour
3/4 cut water
2 1/2 cup sugar
3 cup Milk
3.1/2# crisco
3 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan heat milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved
In a separate bowl combine flour and crisco- blend thoroughly
make a well and add milk mixture water and vanilla
Work dough until smooth and completely blended
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let rest overnight.

Combine all filling ingredients- let marinate for a few days adding fig jam if needed
