4 cups of peeled & washed & cut into small bite size chunks horseradish

1/3 cup water

1 rounded tsp. sea salt

4 Tblsp white vinegar

First chop finely in food processer horseradish, water, and salt. About 3 minutes.

Add vinegar and process 1 more minute.

Put in containers and keep in fridge or freezer.
