Pork chops
Flour
Salt
Pepper

1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in flour salt, pepper, and oil for 5 minutes on each side. Then in casserole dish put rice, boiling water, cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup. Put pork chops on top and cover with foil. Put in oven. After 20 minutes turn pork chops over and cook at least 25 minutes more. (When you cut into the pork chop if it is pink at all Cook it longer!!!)
