1 oz. Yeast, active dry
1/2 c. Vegetable Shortening
1 tsp. Salt
4 c. All Purpose Flour
1 c. Whole Milk
1/2 c. Sugar
3 Large Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, add shortening, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast, eggs & flour. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl and let raise until double in bulk. Shape into rolls and let rise again.
Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
