2 Cups All Purpose Flour
½ t. Baking Soda
½ t. Salt
¾ Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar ( Not dark)
½ Sugar
1 T. Vanilla
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 Hershey Candy Bar, broken into small pieces
½ - 1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.
Sift together flour, Baking Soda and Salt, Set aside.

In medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla, egg and the egg yolk, until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and candy bar and pecans until blended. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drop by ¼ Cup onto baking sheet. Cookie should be 3 inches apart.

Bake for 15 – 16 minutes until edges are lightly toasted. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
