1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 t ground ginger
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 c. all purpose flour
15 oz can pumpkin.
1 apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans

FROSTING
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c. butter, softened,
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened.
3 1/2 c. powder sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. together sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, ground ginger, oil, vanilla and eggs; add flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Blend in pumpkin, fold in apple and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan; bake at 350º for 70 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes in the pan; remove and compete cooling on a wire rack. Frost when cool.

FROSTING
Blend vanilla, butter and cream cheese together; add enough powdered sugar until desired spreading consistency is reached.
