BUCKEYES: FILLING: 1 (18oz) jar Peanut Butter, 1 lb. Confectioner's Sugar, 1 stick Margarine, 1 T. Vanilla.

Cream peanut butter, margarine & vanilla. Blend in sugar & mix. Form in
to balls & dip 3/4 of ball in chocolate mixture. Use toothpick for dipping.

DIP: 1 (12oz) semi-sweet chocolate bits 1/2 square paraffin

Melt in double boiler. Makes about 100 balls. It helps if you chill the filling
before dipping and then chill the whole balls before serving.

DIVINITY:

2 1/2 C. Sugar, 1/2 C. white Karo Syrup,
2 Egg Whites, 1 C. Water / Walnuts if desired.

Cook sugar, syrup & water until it spins a definite thread. Beat egg whites until firm & pour in 1/2 of syrup mixture & mix. Cook other 1/2 syrup mixture until it forms a ball in water. Then blend in last of syrup w/1st
mixture. Add walnuts.
