3 pounds semi-lean minced beef
1 pound minced calf
1 pound semi-lean minced pork
2 chopped onions
3 branches of celery cut in small dices

Cook on medium heat these ingredients for one hour. Drain liquuid.

Add:

3/4 to 1 cup Ketchup
1/2 to 3/4 cup of relish
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Chili sauce
Salt
Pepper

Add to cooked ingredients mix well and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Cool and spoon in uncooked pie crusts.

Before putting top crust over cover the mixture with Mozzarella cheese. Wisk 1 egg with one tablespoon of water and brush on bottom sides of crust. Pinch the crusts together and make holes on top crust for evaporation to come out and brush top crust with left over egg and water.

Cook in oven for 45 minutes at 350F or until crust golden
