4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups sifted white flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 cup boiled milk and add 2 tbsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs, add gradually the sugar until mixture is light colour and sugar is dissolved, add vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder and salt (dry ingredients sifted) alternating with hot milk.

Beat till no more lumps.

Pour batter in square buttered and floured Pyrex dish 8X8 or round spring pan.

Bake 45 minutes at 350F.
