Directions:
In saucepan, bring sugar, syrup, water and salt to a boil.

Keep boiling until hard boil on thermometer or, take a spoonful of boiling syrup and drop slowly back into saucepan. The syrup should harden and crack as it falls back in saucepan.

While syrup is starting to boil, beat egg whites until stiff.

When syrup is ready very slowly pour into the stiff egg whites and whip with mixette so the two ingredients blend well together. Add vanilla and continue beating until foamy. It will be very sticky and gooey.

Perfect for angel cake or white cake. Happppyyy birthdayyyy to youuuuuu!

Don't forget to give the beaters to kids or even better treat yourself while nobody's watching.
