Ingredients:  
1 pound of ground beef and 1/4 pound of ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cups of cooked rice
1 small onion grated
1 - 14 ounce of canned tomato sauce or tomato soup
12 large cabbage leaves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onion and then combine them with salt, pepper, rice, onion and 1/2 can of tomato soup or sauce.
2. Blanch cabbage leaves for about 5 minutes. Drain.
3. Place meat mixture in centre of cabbage leaf. Fold end over, and roll up. Lay rolled leaf loose and down and you won't have to use toothpicks to hold them together.
4. Mix remaining sauce/soup with brown sugar and lemon juice and pour over rolls.
5. Simmer in oven (325) for about 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
