6 walleye filets soaked in a mixture of milk & beaten eggs
In a plastic bag, mix:
2 cups flour
3 tablespoons lemon pepper
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Place filets into the flour mixture, shake gently to coat. Cook filets in a frying pan with a mixture of olive oil & margarine. Cook for 6 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with paprika.
