4 lb ground beef
1 lb rice
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c. tomato paste
1 c. water
1/2 c. dry onion flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and make into balls. Put into baking pan and cover with tomato juice and bake in medium oven until done. Put extra balls onto cookie sheet and freeze and then place in plastic bags until needed.
