5 lbs cheap hamburger
5 rounded tsps Tender Quick Morton salt
2 1/2 tsp mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp hickory smoked salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and put in refrigerator. On the 2nd and 3rd days take out and mix again. On 4th day make into rolls 2 1/2" in diameter. Bake on broiler pan at140º for 8 hours. Rotate every 2 hours. Slice and serve hot or cold. Freeze extra rolls.
