6 c. zucchini-peeled and chopped, seeded if large
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 lrg can (15 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple
6 oz pkg apricot Jell-O

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 4 ingredients for 6 minutes. Add Jell-O and boil 1 1/2 minutes longer. put in containers and refrigerate.
