2 Boxes chopped spinach
2 lbs. ground round steak
3 Eggs to 1lb of meat
Parmesan and Romano

Dough:
2 lbs Flour
1 Tbl salt
5 Eggs
3/4 Cup of warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil spinach for 10 minutes, no salt, squeeze dry.
Brown meat and drain.
Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic and parsley to taste.
Add spinach to meat and mix in cheese to taste.

Dough:
Kneed flour, salt, eggs and water until not sticky. Put in covered dish for 15 minutes.

Roll out dough until thin. Lightly spread 1/2 of dough with spinach and meat mixture. Fold over and seal edges with fingers. Use ravioli rolling pin.

Boil in water until they flodat.
Add spaghetti sauce on top and serve.
