2 1/2 c macaroni
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 lb velveeta cheese - cubed
2/3 c sour cream
1 1/3 c c cottage cheese
2 c cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni and place in a large greased casserole. Melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, mix well then add milk, stir constantly until sauce thickens. Add salt, sugar and velveeta cheese. Mix well. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese into sauce. Pour over macaroni, mix well. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and crumbs over top, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. You can freeze it at this point. Bake 350° for 45 - 50 minutes.
