1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 teas. soda
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 teas. cinnamon
2/3 cup wesson oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teas vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped apples
Directions:
Directions:
Mix wesson oil, sugar, egg, and vanilla
Mix above into dry ingredients.
Fold in raisins, apples, and pecans

Bake in 8 X 8 pan

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min.
