2 one-oz sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 large egg
1 T red food coloring
3/4 c. sour cream
2 c. flour (pack it down in the cup when you measure it)
1 c. semi —sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375º. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Spray with Pam.
Put chocolate in small bowl & melt in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir them until they're smooth and set aside to cool. Cream butter. Add sugars & beat until smooth. Add baking soda & salt. Add egg & beat on medium until smooth. Add the food coloring and
mix for 30 seconds. Add the chocolate & mix for a minute at medium. Add half the flour. Once it's incorporated, add the sour cream. Add the rest of the flour and beat until mixed.
Mix the chocolate chips in by hand. Chill if necessary. Bake the cookies for 9 —11 minutes or until they rise & become firm.
Once the are cool, peel them off the paper.
