1 large yellow onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp olive oil
2 c chicken broth
1 large can of steamed clams
1 low fat brick of cream cheese
1/2 c white wine vinegar
900 g linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion, press garlic and fry in olive oil until transparent. Chop cream cheese into 1" cubes and add chicken broth to onions. Once the cheese is melted add clams and white wine vinegar to the sauce and simmer until the desired thickness is achieved. Cook linguine and add to sauce.
