1 c. butter 3/4 c. Crisco 3 c. granulated sugar 5 eggs 3 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 7-oz. can flaked coconut
Cream butter, Crisco and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, then flour alternating with milk beating slowly until well blended. Add vanilla extract. Fold in coconut. Bake in a greased and floured 10" tube pan for about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
