2 lb. boneless chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. fresh, sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. Marsala wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Season 2 pounds boneless chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Bread chicken using Italian bread crumbs and grated cheese. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove to oblong casserole.

To frying pan, add chopped onion, mushrooms and parsley. Cook for a few minutes. Stir in flour. Add chicken broth, wine and lemon juice. Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.

Double sauce recipe if you like a lot of sauce. Casserole freezes very well.

This dish goes well with rice pilaf.
