2 c. flour
1 c. Hershey's Cocoa
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil (vegetable)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. hot strong coffee

Peanut Butter Icing:
1 16 oz. box 10x sugar
1 stick soft unsalted Land O' Lakes butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup Jif Peanut Butter

Cake
-Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl (except sugar)
-Cream oil, sugar, and eggs
-Alternate flour & coffee into mixture until gone with hand mixer
-Pour into 9 x13 pan
-Bake 35 - 40 minutes at 350º

Peanut Butter Icing:
-Mix ingredients and add milk as necessary

I like to serve this with half peanut butter and half vanilla icing. You can mix the icing ingredients first without peanut butter for the vanilla icing! Then add in the peanut butter to making the rest. This is a family favorite for birthdays and special occasions and I've passed the recipe onto my grandchildren!

I (Lori) always make cupcakes out of this recipe for work and people rave about them!
