1 package long grain and wild rice mix (5 minute kind)
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Cook sausage with onion until sausage is no longer pink. Drain. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; add the rice and sausage. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Add additional cheese to top if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour.
