Toast
Cooked bacon
Turkey (cooked or deli meat can be used)

Cheese Sauce -
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
2-3 inches Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 9X13 pan, arrange toast. Layer cooked bacon and turkey. Top with cheese sauce. Bake at 350º until bubbly.

Cheese Sauce - Melt butter and blend flour until smooth. Add milk gradually to boiling point. Reduce heat until thick.
