Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb cut of pork loin
1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce (can substitute Worcestershire sauce - just as good)
Brown mustard (use at least 2 squirts of mustard)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
You will be "marinating" the pork loin with the sauce overnight before cooking it.
Make a paste with the above ingredients and cover the pork loin with it. Then let it sit in fridge overnight. Then cook it in your crockpot for 6-8 hours (6 if using the high setting and 8 if using the low setting). Be sure to put about a cup of water in the bottom of the crockpot so the meat doesn't stick to the pot. The pork will just fall apart when touched with a fork. Just serve the pork with the sauce as kind of "au jus". Goes great with beans and potatoes.
