1 small lemon jello
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice reserved
1 1/2 cups cool whip (can use whipped cream)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jellow in 1 cup boiling water. Add 3 ice cubes and drained pineapple juice. Put in fridge until soft or starts settling. Remove from fridge add whipped cream, cheese and pineapple. Incorporate well. Return to fridge, chill until set. Top with cherries.
