2 lbs. Ground Meatloaf Meat Mix ( Pork, Beef, Veal ), 2 Eggs ( 1 per lb. of meat ), 3 Cloves Garlic ( minced ), 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper, 1 c. Italian Bread Crumbs, 1 Rounded tbsp. of Freshly Chopped Italian Parsley ( leaves only ), At least 1/4 c. Freshly Graded Parmesan or Ramano Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375º... 2. Combine all ingredients... 3. Add water or wine to thin out mix... 4. Carefully roll meat mix into balls, making sure not to squeeze to tight... 5. Cook meatballs on a sheet tray for about 20 minutes. Watch meatballs carefully. Meatballs should be crusty but not burnt... 6. Add meatballs to your ready tomato sauce and allow them to cook down while your cooking your pasta... 7. Serve meatballs with tomato sauce over favorite pasta of choice. Maybe garnish with some fresh basil or parsley and serve it with a salid and bread.
