2 1/2 lbs hamburger

3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced celery

1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 bag frozen soup vegetables
1/2 bag frozen chopped hashbrown potatoes (not shredded)

1 can Rotel chopped tomatoes with green chilies
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato juice

1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp beef base

2 - 4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown hamburger in a large soup pot. Drain off fat and discard. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and boil gently for 20 minutes or so, stirring often, until vegetables are tender and the soup juice has fully absorbed the beef base. (the soup juice will transition from the flat red of tomato juice to a richer reddish brown color)
