Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup Pineapple Juice (I buy the 6 pack 6 oz cans and keep them on the shelf; you can get by with just using one can. Or, if you have some orange juice, you can use a couple of ounces of that along with the can of pineapple juice to make the full cup)
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You make this with ingredients you keep on hand, once you make this, you will never buy the pre-made jar stuff again!

Pour over chicken, meatballs, smoked sausage or vegetables. Easy sauce for stir fry dishes.
