Mixture:
3 c. cooked sweet potato, mashed (about 3 sweet potatoes)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 stick of butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º
Mixture:
1. Beat cooked potatoes in mixer.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
3. Place in a 9x13 Pyrex dish.

Topping:
1. Melt butter.
2. Mix butter with sugar and flour.
3. Add nuts and mix well.
4. Sprinkle over potatoes.
5. Bake at 350º for 1 hour

Aunt Ann brings this dish to all our family gatherings at Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is one of everyone's favorite and there is never any left! It is so good, Wadley says it can be mistaken as a dessert!! Everyone goes back for seconds!
