Apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
Whipcream, whipped
Vanilla
Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients except cinnamon together. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and enjoy!

This was my favourite dish at Christmas time at Granny's (Eileen Blakley). Although it is a simple recipe, it is a tradition I continue and every time I eat it I still think of Christmas' at Granny and Grandpa's.
