1 salmon filet (approx. 2 lbs)
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
black pepper

Sauce:
1/2 cups low fat sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber, lightly salted & drained
1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped (or more to taste)

Preheat oven to 450 º

Rinse Salmon and place skin side down on a flat baking dish. Pour soy sauce over salmon and sprinkle with pepper. Roast using the 10 minutes rule, approx. 10 minutes per inch of thickness at the thickest point. If you want to brown the top, brown lightly with olive oil and sear the salmon before roasting or run briefly under the broiler.

Serve hot or cold with dill sauce.
