1 1/2 Cups Powdered sugar
1 Cup margarine or butter, softened
1 egg
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Add flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Refrigerate dough
Roll out dough, use powdered sugar instead of flour.
Use cookie cutters
Bake 7-8 minutes at 375 degrees
