1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Place on baking sheet. Push the center of the cookie down with your thumb before baking.
Bake at 375*F for 10 to 12 min..
